I've joined the ranks of the everybody else class, finally

For the entire duration of my life (somewhere between eleven and seventy-three years) I've gone without preparing a box of Kraft Dinner. 

That is, until today.

How arrogant of me to start off my blog describing such a glorious achievement. 

I must report, it was delicious, although I did make some minor modifications:
Since I had no milk, I used some sour cream and a touch of homemade mayo.  To that I added about a tablespoon each of sharp cheddar, muenster and nippy cheeses.  (Yeah, nippy... so?).  I also added two paper-thin slices of chopped pancetta, which melted right in.  Finally, I rounded that off with some coarsely ground pepper and some curry ketchup. 

Now I know why the kids go crazy for their dayglo orange pasta
